Last June 5th ibérico singular presented the first special slicing machine for Iberian ham. Developed by architect José Manuel Jaureguibeitia, it allows to slice the ham thinly and to enjoy it cut at the moment without losing its organoleptic characteristics.
This architect’s last challenge arises from the obvious need to facilitate the tasks of slicing and the conservation of the Iberian ham that have so much influence on its commercialization: to invent the first machine capable of slicing the Iberian ham without damaging any of its qualities. After a process of conception and manufacturing that has lasted more than two years; the +singular slicing machine sees the green light in 2016
